**No Warranty on Racing Products**

At TFR Distribution LLC, we do not provide any guarantee or warranty on our racing products. Due to the intended use of racing products and the various factors involved, including installation and maintenance, it is the purchaser's sole responsibility to ensure proper use and maintenance of these products.

Return Policy

1. Authorization and Notification

1.1. NO refunds will be processed without prior authorization. To initiate a return, you must follow the steps below:

• Contact TFR Distribution LLC at orders@tfrdistribution.com or 508-835-2220 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
• You must notify TFR Distribution LLC within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a return.

2. Returns Eligibility

2.1. All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Only products meeting the following criteria will be eligible for return:

•    The product must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
•    Custom items, except in cases of defects discovered upon inspection, are considered final sale and not eligible for return or credit.

3. Restocking Fee and Shipping Charges

3.1. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns, and the remaining amount will be issued as an account credit upon receipt and inspection of the returned parts.

3.2. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Defective Parts

4.1. Defective parts will be eligible for replacement with the same part originally ordered, subject to our inspection and approval.

5. Non-Eligible Returns

5.1. Products that have been removed from their original packaging, installed, used, or modified in any way, including painting, are not eligible for return or credit.

6. Custom Color Body Panels, Painted or Powder Coated by Us

6.1. Custom colors, except in cases of defects discovered upon inspection, are considered final sale and not eligible for return or credit. Our standard colors include Gloss Black, Matte Black, and White.  Any standard color painted and powder coated parts must have been completed by one of our trusted vendors and facilitated by us in order to be considered for a return.
